Tsepo J. Majake
Abstract In this paper I try to offer the unequivocal legitimisation of the living ‘I’ in educational research (McNiff 2008). I will also produce an account of my leadership practice as I encouraged all role-players to create a dialogical school. I will offer explanatory accounts of practice in improving practice and knowledge creation through demonstrating epistemological, methodological and scholarly validity to strengthen my attempts to influence debates around policy development.
